I know the coin is probably polished, but I am wondering whether it is a 1893 dbl 9 large cent? The image is awful quality and I will try to upload a better one, but for the time being, this is all I've got. Also, what would you grade it? I was thinking VF 30

It looks like a great cent and I'd like to see sharp clear pics of everything before commenting on your thoughts on possible problems with it.
