MS-62. My first thought was an AU coin because it looks like some surface friction might be there. Hard to tell from a static photo and only turning the coin in good lighting would confirm that.

I'm torn on this one, and can't help but think maybe it circulated. There's too many "things" on the surfaces (to me) to have only happened inside a Mint bag. The color is a tad bothersome, as well - generally speaking, they tone from the outside in and varying areas of differing color scattered over the coin tends to be an indication of toning following a cleaning or a dip. And with the striations having scraped off some of that toning - as noted by FTB to the left of the neck - we know it's been handled since it toned.

Don't take my word as gospel, though.
