So I happen to find 2 1/2 rolls of 1996 Toonies still in the plastic wrap. I opened them up to look for any error coins (no such luck), but I opened up my RCNA Journal and reviewed the write up on German Planchet which they appeared to be. According to the article the best way to confirm they are is to look at the core so I knocked out the core and they match !

My question is where is the best place to get them certified?
