budiutomo New Member Indonesia 1 Posts	Posted 11/19/2013 1:21 pm Hello, I'm from Indonesia. A week ago, we found a treasure. There were a lot of gold coins. But there were 2 gold coin different. austrokiwi Pillar of the Community 2087 Posts	Posted 11/19/2013 1:39 pm The bottom one in the picture of three coins is a Venetian ducat ( or contemporary copy/replica). Please post pictures of both sides of the coin so someone can identify when it was struck. Don't panic about the words "replica"/ "copy". nalaberong Pillar of the Community Canada 2805 Posts	Posted 11/19/2013 10:41 pm Very nice finds :) Usually it is good to know how and where these were found... it helps determine if they are real or not (for instance... a coin dug out of a freshly plowed field is more likely to be real than the same coin found at a suspicious flea market).
