I will take a stab at Uncirculated but it is a shame that those scratches to the right of the king are there precluding Choice Uncirculated in my opinion anyway a nice coin.

I will go Sheldon, and say MS63.
Grading it with the advantage of it in hand may help it to a 64. Depends on how obvious that scratch happens to be, with light from varying angles.

General consensus on another forum advises MS64 to MS65 so its all good

On reviewing my previous post, I will not change my grading opinion, but I think that this coin was struck quite late in the die life.
Exceptional coin anyway.

Looks a lot nicer in hand Sel but very difficult to photograph
with all that lustre.I think I need to upgrade my photographic
equipment at some stage
