I would give it a VG-10. LIBERTY is not full, but the gown lines are real defined and there is quite a bit of the feathers on the reverse.

choice surfaces for the grade level that's for sure
i think the Liberty was a weak strike
i would say this coin is a solid F15

I think there is enough detail in the gown and wings to give it a VF20. Overall a nice pleasing circulated coin
