I am no expert, but I feel that there is too much wear to make an educated guess about comparing yours with;
FS-017
FS-17.3
FS-17.4
or FS-17.5, but I only have the 4th Edition of the CPG.
Here are some more (not all TPG recognize all of them) images of the 1930 Buffalo Varieties at NGC;

If you feel really strong that you have something, you could always send it to ANACS, they are probably the best (at least recognize the most) at variety attribution.
