Sorry for poor photo... I'm working on getting better

The next to the last column E. has what appears to be a half doubling any help would be appreciated

It looks like what others have refered to as a die chip or beehive that is stuck in between the columns.

Yeah your right about the pic, it could be a weee bit clearer. if your camera has a MACRO setting, enabling that will enhance the pics greatly.
