I set these nickels aside the other day but just got a chance to take a picture of them. I'm not sure if they're two different clashes or somehow two die states of the same clash. The first example is really strong on the reverse, but is just noticeable on the obverse. The other doesn't look nearly as good on the reverse, but you can see more on the obverse.

Do these sorts of errors have any value?

The first two pictures are the one I think is nicer. You can see the nostril detail coming out of the branch, and the tree is full of TJ's lips. The bright line is the bridge of his nose. You have to tilt the coin in the light to see the matching marks on the obverse.

The second example shows more die wear, but I don't know if it's the same clash that's been partially polished down or just a similar one. But it's easier to see the branch on the obverse.

Just found another example of this... It looks like a different pairing because the reverse shows a lot more Die Deterioration than the obverse, and there is only evidence of a clash on the reverse. Anybody know anything about these 2005 clashes?

This is my first attempt to put this together, so I may have messed it up, but for reference, it looks like you're right on.

This site covers many of the doubled die reverses for the OIV nickels.
