Saw this on the bay last night.

I know it is not a real 1856-S since the S is not large. My question is, did someone add the S, or is this a fake altogether including the pcgs case?

I think he's got the wrong reverse image posted. That looks like the reverse of the 1870-S he also has listed. The auction copy calls the 1856 a Philly coin, as did PCGS.
