Help! I have five tokens from a garage sale, each with different dates, provinces and pictures. Can someone tell me what they are, an estimate value, and some of their history. I can't find anything on the internet related to these coins. Here are the specs:

Token 1 Front: Has "British Columbia" on the top and "Colombie Britannique" on the bottom
Token 1 Back: Says "Pacific Dogwood" and "Cornouiller Du Pacifique"
Given Date: 1871

Token 2 Front: Says "Saskatchewan" on the top and bottom
Token 2 Back: Says "Prarie Lily" on top, and "Lis La Prarie" on bottom
Given Date: 1905

I wil post more when time permits

Well, all I can tell you from the information above is that the 'tokens' represent the territories, their official provinicial flower, and the date they were introduced into Canada as official provinces. Being Canadian, you probably already knew that. Without more information, or pictures of some kind, it's going to be much harder to find anything in the wide, wide world of small shiney round things.

These were gas station give aways from around 1967 (Canada's centennial year) There were 13 available representing Canada's 10 provinces and 2 territories (at that time) plus one for Canada. The dates indicate what year that province entered Confederation. They usually go for about 50 cents in dealers misc, boxes around here.
