It is a cardboard holder issued by the Mint to hold the 4 new arctic 25 cent coins. Nothing special,

There's pics of the holder on their Facebook website.

The mint has had collector cards for years. They exist for many types of coins, Canada 125, millennium, yearly sets, Olympics, Legendary series, 1812 series,20 for 20 2013 and 2014, new arctic/northern life coins etc etc.

Not sure which one you are specifically asking about.

The "most special" latest product from RCM it is Limited edition set of 4 gold coins (not the coins have limited mintage, but the set).

IMO - not recommended.

As someone already posted here - one of the most interesting products by RCM in 2013 - these simple circulation quarters "Life in the North" and "Arctic Expedition"
