Yes only one side of a coin can have a die clash when the mint employees only change out one die instead of both.Your coin looks like a die clash.

Yes 1962penny. It's very, very, very new. Some time the Bright reflection of the shine material make black spots on the picture. But yes it's new. Thank for your opinion.
