Just slightly overpriced. He did post it with ebay mobile, maybe he meant to put the decimal between the 1 and the 7 and just missed it.

It would be a reasonable mistake, but I saw he has ZERO feedback. I don't know how many times I have seen new sellers greatly overprice their items.
