It would be nice if this were something juicy like Caligula or Britannicus. No legend visible. Appears to be dots around the coin. Can't make anything of the reverse, possibly AV in left field.

On first glances the bust reminded me of a Tiberius provincial I have got. I'll have a quick look on my PC to see if I have got a photo of it.

This has no legend. It does have dots around the top of the head which you can just about see. A Tiberius would be nice.
