rjlavoie Valued Member Canada 354 Posts	Posted 12/03/2013 05:37 am Some of you may want to try to log into your online mint.ca account. Since the maintenance, I've not been able to sign in. I called, and after an hour on the phone, I think they thought I was typing something wrong. I had no luck being able to sign in or change my password. When they tried on their end, everything worked. I tried on 3 different computers and a tablet, but could not sign in or change my password. I get the message "The provided email is not one of our registered userâ€²s email. Please try again" Report this Post to the Staff

Tech support guys everywhere use to say to client that the problem in the typing, while meanwhile fixing the problem (mine college days experience) Report this Post to the Staff
