Doesn't look like any kind of official portrait. What's on the reverse? Unless it's silver, you're in for the long haul, say 25-30 years before it becomes collectable.

On the other side is a Union Jack and it says diamond jubilee in handwriting style .

Cupronickel NCLT GB crown sized coins of face value Five Pounds are worth face value only.
The Royal Mint makes a real 'killing' on these, because they cost the Mint a lot less than a Pound each for design, manufacture, marketing and distribution costs.

Their real value should decrease in line with inflation.
