As mentioned in the 16D threads, VACookey is going to fill the blank spots in the Dansco with cool die crack/ error coins. Here is the first.

She isn't super pretty. Got some carbon spots starting up, but she has a cool die crack...

Die cracks don't bother me a bit.
I like them.
They go in my "coin with personality" group.

And I don't know of ANY TPG that will label such a coin as DETAILS or Genuine.

We received the 41S die crack today. While the coin is lovely, FSB and nice luster, the die crack does not stand out nearly so much in hand. Paid a decent price for her, so will keep her, but she is not empty slot worthy.

I did filled all the left over holes to known Mercury varieties dimes in the CherryPickers Guide. Plus more!
