So, I was looking for uncirculated world banknotes on ebay and the first listing was this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/ISRAEL-BANK...291029890541

He put the item in the uncirculated category and claims: "The note is creased and uncirculated since october 1986.".

Are we in a new form of grading paper money?

Ooh great. I could reclassify my whole collection as "uncirculated". And believe me some of my notes are very heavily "uncirculated since ....".

Here's one, "uncirculated since 1991 (year I acquired it)"
