I have seen a '37 proof crown at an auction view day. They are quite rare. The '38 proof crown is slightly more numerous.
Unfortunately, this is not a proof coin.

1938 proof crown is approx 5x rarer. The proof 1937 crowns come up for auction a couple of times per year, a 1938 proof crown only appears every two or three of years.
