It appears to be a 2 Rials from Iran, but that's about all I can tell. Can you get clearer pictures, and maybe size/weight?

weight and diameter do match Iran 2 Rials, KM# 1144
3.2 g, 0.6000 Silver, 0.0617 oz. ASW, 22 mmm

They were made SH1322-SH1330 (AD1943-AD1951). Someone else will have to help with the actual date.

Looks like 132(blob)... the blob could be a 1, or a 2 interrupted by the design. The dates on these coins were often poorly done, with not a lot of room between the design and the date.

Thankyou for your help nalaberong, these coins were not minted in 1321 so it must be a 1322.
