This medal which appears to be Egyptian by dress shows the patient on the left (poor guy) sitting on a potty and the fella on the right holding a huge injector and who appears to have already given or is about ready to give a enema. In the back ground centre there is a table to lie on and on the left / top left looks like a curtain tied back that could be pulled across.

What I do not know is where and when ( age ) this was made. All thoughts and comments welcome.

"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

Thanks for the link DBM...The one button is the same scene and it is from 1880..The medal is bronze and not cast which makes me wonder if the buttons were made after the medal.

Again thanks for the info .....Paris is a good starting point..
