when I first rediscovered coins via the internet about 10 yrs ago I wasnt familiar with pcgs much less that fact the some were in old green holders and when I saw a listing with OGH! I thought they meant it looked so good you'd say OGH!

ICCS, here in canada has older blue background for holders and mainly light yellow for newer,,,I say it is good to Certifty------Did it a couple of times a few years ago,,,,,,,I no longer do it........

I've never seen an ICCS holder with a blue background. CCCS looks very similar and does use blue labels in their holders. Do you have an example of a blue ICCS?

Stringboogie, me too! I had to ask my daughter if OGH was something like AAR8 or LOL. I had no idea.
I'm slowly catching on to some abbreviations used here, like OP, etc.
