I believe this one has the markers to make it a VAM 33A but am hoping for confirmation or if not confirmation a conclusion as to what it might be. I don't have a good image of the clash on the chin but it is there. Here as some shots, any thoughts on the VAM, Grade or any other info is greatly appreciated.

I have this as VAM-39, I think. 33 has far weaker "extra" tailfeathers showing. This coin has the cap gouge extending from the lower cotton leaf to the cap, making it either 34, 39 or 41. I like the tailfeathers and the "thing" under the olive branch as 39 pickups.

I went back to look for other markers and see exactly what you're speaking of. I also looked at the LIBERTY and see the die scratch as well from the T to the Y in Liberty. So I think 39 it is. Thanks!
