Hard to tell from these photos. I would be more concerned with contact marks than the color. Not able to see the whole surface here.

If its stabbed then the coin must be at least MS64. Looks like a nice even album tone. I'll guess MS65+

Sorry, the photos could have been much better...I just used the iphone. The scratches are actually on the holder..but here she is, a beautiful coin in hand....

looks like nice toning! Sometimes the scratches make people think its on the coin
