1980-Penny-Help! If anyone could inform me on this weird specimen I would appreciate it. Can't find information on it anywhere. I'm new to the whole currency collecting community and this penny currently serves as my scratch ticket lucky coin. Thank you. :)

Not rare in regards to value but I think it is probably the best lucky lotto scratcher I have ever seen

It was a 1980 cent counterstamped with a horseshoe and a four leaf clover.
