Found this CRH today. It's the one on the right next to what looks like a regular cent. Just wondering if it is satin finished.

I don't think so. The one on the left is just less circulated.
Rest in Peace

I believe they did not make satin finished for 2013.

Satin Finish was only used for the 2005-2010 Mint Sets.

biokemist6 is correct with the satin finish mint set dates.

Kyle - your penny could have been fresh out of a roll, but it is not a satin finish.

I have just went threw my cents and seen a few like that. (Ones to toss)

The one on the right is not circulated as much. They're both normal 2013's.
