Why do you say that DBM? Do you feel that the Mint has low quality production standards? I have not seen any other errors on these bird coins. Is there any other members out there who also have low quality mint paint jobs? If so lets see them please.

iv seen that kind of paint flaw on a glow in the dark dino.......not sure if you will get any premium from a painting flaw. Heritage auctions sold a 2003 Niagara Falls nclt coin with the center hologram upside down for around 500.00 and recently the first Bald Eagle coin has a missing edge lettering are about the only nclt error coins. If you got a good offer for this double owl coin take it and run.
