I am selling a complete set of Group of Seven coins with the subscription box. A potential buyer asked me if the box comes with a COA.

I know every coin came with a COA. But the box itself?
I am pretty sure the box did not come with its own COA.

Am I right?

You are correct. The COA only comes with each coin and not the box itself.

Yes the set came with a COA...sort of.

Some of them have them and some do not. It seems, the mint forgot to send them with the earlier boxes.

I have a set without a COA because I bought it privately and the mint would not give me a the COA because I didn't buy it directly from them.

added: here is a pic from an ebay listing showing the 'Group' COA

yes, mine has a COA for each coin, and then a COA for the complete set like Silveroid posted.

No, the credit to CC-Ottawa

He found the picture on ebay.

I bought the box privately (was so stupid descision not to subscribe, knowing that anyway I'll buy all the coins), so mine box came without any COA.

In my case I should not have bought the set. I will sell it.
