Btw ... there are a lot of fake coins being sold to newbies (and not so newbies) everyday...

Those doubled barn roof coins are very cool and I would rather own a unique coin like that than a perfect one. Since there are now two reported this could be a unique variety, with possibly a few more. I bought 10 of these coins and was not lucky enough to get an error, all of mine are perfect. I think this error may be a result of misplaced frosting which is a very unique error. Congrats on your rare find guys.

This coin is no more than a coin with minor letter doubling, if the whole owl was rotated 20 to 30 degrees and double image that would be a cool nclt coin.

If there are at least two, how can they be unique?

As opposed to a random variety - like the bumble bees?

Sorry, I meant a new error variety. Perhaps a very rare mint error which may be sought after by future coin collectors.

These are painting errors not coin errors. The word coin is synonymous with the word strike. Coin errors occur at the time of strike not in the paint booth. No matter how rare they may be they will never be taken seriously by error coin collectors, they will be a curiosity at best.
