Thought I would start a new thread for January coins..We all know that the 20-4-20 Flying Goose will be out, and the subscription coins, 1ounce and 1/2 ounce coins The Igloo. Has anyone else heard of anything else coming yet.
And does anyone know about release dates for M.C., and general release dates? Only 3 weeks to January..

I heard that the latest coin in the Ducks of Canada series was coming out (the pintail duck) and maybe the new glow in the dark dinosaur coin. The release date for the M.C. is somewhere between 27-29th. Public release date would most likely be on the 5th of January.

i am 100% done with the 20 for 20s. I haven't really liked the last few ones, or the packaging.

I like this Arctic Fox.
Actually nice set of Bullion (or Proof) 1 1/2ozs.
Will get it later, from one of the Canadian dealers.
Too bad that the Proof (if it will be issued) is too expensive.

Yingyang. It best to wait as I am sure gatewest and ca will eventually have it with cheaper shipping. It is always more expensive to buy from u.s and those wire fee are not cheap either

About the capsule.... I already own the bullion 1.5oz polar bear. Recently, I ordered the proof version of the polar bear. http://www.mint.ca/store/coin/1-12-...-prod1720004I am assuming that the bullion and the proof version of the coins will be the exact same size so when I ordered the proof version, I asked the rep for an extra capsule. I have not yet received the proof polar bear so I do not know if my plan will work, but if it does... Really strange, no info around. Probably, new RCM politics is not releasing piece of info. |
