2013 Dime Planchet Flaw Or Struck Through?

I found this in my pocket change today. Can not decide if it is a flawed planchet or a major strike through. If you look closely between the C and N of CANADA you can see a faint A struck deep in the indentation.

Struck through is my guess, I have also found a 2013 dime struck through through not as nice and prominent as yours is, mine is in the queens hair.

I agree, it is a struck through, huge blob of something.

Good find. Looks struck through to me as well...the faint A suggests it is not a flaw. imo
