I found this in circulation. Regular strike? Specimen? Does it have much value above 25c? Thanks.

Regular strike, and you should keep it as you DONT see any 1980s quarters in circulation and next to none in UNC like yours.

I dont' think that is specimen, as I know, specimen should be like more detailed and more clarity on the line.
