Hi, my son has a 1996 Toonie that the middle fell out of. He wants me to find a value for it but I have no idea how to do that. Help?!!

If you have both pieces it's still worth $2.
I'm pretty sure that a bank will give $2 for just the outer ring as well.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
