The reverse is pretty obvious, but it will take seeing it in hand to decide who it is. Looks to say CONSTANT on it, but its an odd bust shape. I was willing to spend Â£1.24 to find out. The seller of this coin and others, contacted me about a week ago, asking for my opinions on these coins and what their value was as he had bought them in a local auction. I found it amusing, not only did they all look awful, but that I sould give my free time to explain what each coin is to him so he can come up with a price.
