I love this example. I don't think I have ever seen such a distinct double strike showing both busts so clearly!

Its not Constans...its either Valens or Valentinian (SECVRITAS REIPVBLICAE), id be inclined to say Valentinian. Nice example of a double strike - I have one of valentinian, but its no where near as good or clear
