Problems With The Pm System. - Coin Community Forum

LincolnGuy Pillar of the Community 917 Posts	Posted 12/20/2013 8:32 pm Well reading around I see I am not the only one having problems. SsuperDdave just replied to someone having problems sending BadThad a PM. I also have this problem. Most of the times I click on his name it just times out for me. When I do get to his profile and try to send him a PM nothing happens. At the bottom of firefox I see javascript:openWindow('pop_mail.asp?id=2524) This only happens with BadThad. I have sent other people PM's and just tried with SsuperDdave and it popped right up. This has been a problem for a few months. I have cleared my browser cache, tried another browser (IE), updated firefox, and also updated java several times over the past few months and its still a problem. LincolnGuy Pillar of the Community 917 Posts	Posted 12/20/2013 9:03 pm I also just added CCF to the exceptions in firefox and tried again. Still the same wouldn't popup for me. Then I went back and tried to open his profile and got, "Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0113' Script timed out /forum/pop_profile.asp The maximum amount of time for a script to execute was exceeded. You can change this limit by specifying a new value for the property Server.ScriptTimeout or by changing the value in the IIS administration tools" Then I turned off the firefox popup blocker and still a no go. I bet you got it. When I just sent the test PM to you and Fuzzy I actually got the popup to send a message. Versus when I try with thad I get nothing...
