the PM feature launches in a pop-up window. Be sure to allow pop-ups for CCF or temporarily turn off your blocker.

Pop-ups aren't blocked and Javascript is enabled.
A pop-up window opens to PM vermontensium
I'll test again for BadThad.

I'm still not sure what the issue is. All these months later I still can't send him a PM. I go to send all of you guys in this thread a PM and the PM box pops up, I try with Thad and I get nothing.  I also get this at the bottom of his profile page... Quote:

Another observation (for both IE and Firefox): with my moderator profile, BadThad's profile loads in seconds with my alternate profile, BadThad's profile takes about 2-3 minutes to load other profiles load as normal |

other profiles load as normal Yup same here. Seems to only happen on his profile for me as well. Also while I wait for his profile to load if I click on a thread, or another profile it takes forever to load. |

There's a basic explanation here.... https://goccf.com/t/176946Bottom line, the way the code was, when this scenario existed it was trying to grab a ridiculous amount of records from the database and timing out. |
