Medal is marked on back Emperor Zsigmond (Hungarian: (Luxemburgi) referring to Sigismund 1 Holy Roman Emperor, and I have no idea what looks like the number =6113 refers to. Not sure who and when this was marked. Medal displays a rider in battle gear on horse, with what looks like castles and I do not know what the design top right side represents. Size is 47mm x 37mm and I'm not sure of what type of material this is made of. I should receive this in about 2 weeks and can post more pictures but for now these are the sellers pictures.. All ideas welcome....

If that is indeed Emperor Sigismund, that isn't his coat of arms over his shoulder. Those are the arms of the ecclesiastical prince-electorate of Mainz, one of the seven prince-electorates that constituted the Holy Roman Empire. Either this is a medallion from Mainz honoring the Emperor (perhaps on the occasion of a visit), or the cataloguer who made the notation on the back guessed wrong, and the figure is the Archbishop Prince-Elector of Mainz himself, but I would suspect the figure to be wearing a mitre, rather than a crown.
