Can't tell much about the luster but appears to be a nice AU 53 to 55 example. Definitely not MS. Tough coin on the high end.

I think it grades no better than AU-55.

AU53 might just sneak into an AU55 holder, I just can't see it in a holder with the MS designation.

Assuming it has no issues (color is a bit off in places), I believe this would holder at AU-55
