Hello all, I found 1 egyptian pound from year 2007 note with poor printed letters and there is missing the part of the radial ring too. Could you please write me, if it is usually occurrence or if it could be rarer bank note. Thank you and Merry Christmas!

Doesn't really look like an error, more like an ink smudge, the note may have gotten wet at some point.
