It is a "one dollar" silver coin minted in 1931 by the Chinese Soviet Republic. Authentic coins are very rare and valuable. However, I have no doubt but that the OP's coin is a "fake". With this type of fake, the easiest way to confirm it is to see if it sticks to a magnet. 95% of Chinese fakes are made of scrap steel or nickel which are quite magnetic (where silver is not).
