I can see COMM in the legend, so its probably commodus.

Perhaps this example of Salus raising a kneeling woman. I cant see any of the legend on the reverse, but I reckon the obverse legend is:

L AEL AVREL COMM AVG P FEL

The reverse I reckon is:
SAL GEN HVM

thanks for such a quick response ! I found it in Poland. I need to clean a reverse little bit because I'm not sure what the inscription is.
Averse seems to be like on this one:
