Buying Commemoratives From....

I've visited their site over the years but have not yet made a purchase. I do take comfort in the fact that they've had an active web site selling US commemoratives (and coins of Israel) for years and provide a physical address and telephone number for contact.

I suggest giving them a call and discussing their return policy (and any other concerns you may have) - you might feel more comfortable dealing with them after you know their "rules."
