I got her yesterday. I have trouble capturing the colors of the tone, but here is a close-up of the Mintmark(s) and I am 99% sure that this is the 1899-O 10C RPM FS-501 (FS-009.8) variety;

1899-O-Barber-Dime---What-Do-You-Think?-Ngc

Too bad about the weak strike, but overall I am thrilled to have her as my Barber dime type.
