Yeah, I think this one is too much. It might be possible to tell if you use expensive equipment to study the metal of the coin in hand, but that's not realistic. It has history none the less and many individuals like well worn 19th century coppers.
Not seeing anything, usually you can see a faded outline of one or more of the numbers. Try looking at it from different angles or even possibly try narrowing down the date from variety.
