got this in change today too bad its been folded and has the 25 written on it but beggers cant be choosers right? anyway this is the 1st radar I have found in change since I started looking and I am new to paper money so can someone give me some info such as grade and ebay value thanks again

Ya $10 sounds about right. Not really worth it after fees, shipping etc. You should keep it since it's your first.
