I think some of the price has to do with the high grade and lack of deterioration for a copper piece.

IMO this coin has been tooled to make it look like a high grade coin. No way is it worth that much.

That's Lincolnius! Honestly, my first reaction was the portrait looks more 19th C. than 2nd Century. I see a lot of pushed around metal in the close-ups.

Quote from description: It's a splendid copy which will catch the collectors attention...
Perhaps I am becoming more cynical...

Once upon a time the Roman Senate passed an emergency law restricting all palaces within the city of Rome to have low flow shower heads installed for the new year. The emperor after his customary hot bath and oil massage got ready to meet with the imperial portrait artists to ready the New Years coinage.
After seeing the results the normally calm cool and collected Antoninus ordered several noble Senators be summarily arrested and tried for treason. All coinage issued was re-called and ordered destroyed forthwith. This is a possibly unique example of Antoninus on his famous 'bad hair' day. Just couldn't get the olive oil creme rinse out no matter how hard he tried.
The senators were of course pardoned on the New Year's Day but required to live the rest of their lives with low flow showers. For the rest of the populace the law was rescinded and order restored throughout Italy.

How do you report this seller? Openly admits that it is a copy, but with the large lettering in the description, he has made a blatant attempt to hide truth, that it is indeed a copy.

Are we sure this is a copy? Has the sellers description not just gained the word 'copy' through poor translation from French?
