They should email you a tracking number when it ships. If the item wasnt back ordered it usually would have arrived by now, though the mail has been going slow with all the holiday volume.
I haven't had any issues with Silvertowne. A lot of companies run on a limited staff around the end of the year. I ran into this issue with a recent order with APMEX.
If you haven't received a tracking # by the end of the day tomorrow, I'd call them to see what's happened to the order.
