Woa! Give us some more information. Why is it not currently residing in it's slab and how did you come by it? Any chance of some straight on shots?

It is not residing in it's slab because NNC is a basement/self slabber.

Hence their grade is not to be believed.

The gifter, I'm sure, knew about the slabber. And that is OK with me. The coin is a beauty. And I am grateful for receiving it.
I just knew from looking at it that it wasn't a ms-68 and would not want my heirs to think it was. Besides, my copy of this is much worse. I have all three mint varieties of this coin, so this is a bonus.
